Prototype resilience parcours, Lifegarden association, Zurich
Lifegarden, a publicly accessible parcours with five interactive stations, is located on the grounds of the Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich. It invites visitors to train their inner strength, psychological resilience, and mental health. The exercises were developed in collaboration with researchers from the University of Zurich and are based on scientific findings on promoting resilience.
Each station is dedicated to one of the cornerstones of resilience: the Decision Cocoon for clear thinking and good decisions, the Sky Bed for breathing space and switching off, the Re-Framer for new perspectives and visual insights, the Resilience Ribbon for self-efficacy and inner strength, and the Flower Ring for positive rituals and healthy self-esteem.
